Definitely give it a go over the clipety type of carrier - too fussy to use! The organic looks lovely, though out-ward facing baby is less desirable as they get over stimulated and prefer to look on their own terms, then cuddle into Mom. Charndra P.S I use baby wearing as a wonderful way to reduce our use of diapers with baby pottying - it's wonderful and great for the environment - LESS diapers to buy or wash!
